The opening order minimum requirement is 115 USD and the re-order minimum is 90 USD.

For orders placed via this website, we accept immediate payment via card through Shopify Pay, which works with VISA, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express and Union Pay. We also accept Shop Pay and payment via Apple Pay and Google Pay.

You can also select to pay via invoice. Payment becomes due when the order is shipped instead of being due at time of purchase. At that time or earlier, you can make use of the same payment options above, or contact us for payment via bank transfer (for example through WISE).

We offer net terms to customer accounts in good standing. Please contact us to discuss.

Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. All international orders placed via this website are shipped either via SwissPost International Small Goods (economical).

If you prefer another carrier or service, please contact me directly for other choices, such as PostPac International Priority (more expensive), which must be signed for upon delivery.

All duties and taxes are also the responsibility of the buyer.

Please allow 1 to 10 business days for your order to ship. You will receive tracking information once shipped.

Post-show and holiday orders may require additional processing time of 7 days. If you need your order expedited, please let me know and I will do my best to accommodate you.

Backorders and preorders are denoted on each product when you are logged into your trade account. With it, you will usually find an estimated date listed that the item is expected to be (back) in stock.

For backorders and preorders ordered alongside in-stock options: If the expected back-in -stock date is within the regular processing time for orders (up to 10 days), we will aim to hold the entire order and ship everything together once the items are back in stock.

If the date is outside of that window, backorders and preorders will ship separately, and the larger of the two packages will be charged for shipping. The smaller package will be shipped with no additional shipping charge.

Backorders or preorders ordered alone: These orders will incur the regular shipping charge.

All sales are final and cannot be exchanged once products have shipped. We accept returns or exchanges for damaged products. Claims must be made to harmonyhardinillustration@gmail.com within 5 business days of receipt of product.
